Every package includes your guaranteed race entry, hotel accommodation near the start line with breakfast, a shakeout run and course briefing with your coordinator, and event-day support including bib collection. Most packages also include a pre-race pasta party and a finishers' dinner.

Yes. As an official partner, SportHoliday holds a dedicated allocation of race entries from each SuperHalfs organiser. When you book a package, your slot is locked in.

In the weeks before the event, the race organiser sends you a registration link or access code through us, so you can fill in your own details — name, date of birth, emergency contact, t-shirt size, estimated finish time. The organiser then assigns your bib number and start corral. For some races we complete this step for you; for others you finish it yourself in a few minutes. Either way, the entry itself is yours from the day you book with SportHoliday.

Prices vary by race and travel dates. Each package page shows the full price in EUR, including all taxes and fees.
You pay in two stages:

• A non-refundable deposit of €200 (or 10% of the package price, whichever is greater) secures your place at booking.
• The remaining balance is due 60 days before the trip. If you book within 60 days of the trip, full payment is due at booking.

Deposits are paid by card.
Balance payments are made by bank transfer to our European business account; we send the invoice with all details.

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel. In summary:

• More than 60 days before the trip: deposit is non-refundable; the paid balance is returned in full.
• 30–60 days before: partial refund, after deducting the deposit and any costs already committed to the race organiser, hotel, and other suppliers. We always work to minimise your loss and confirm the exact amount within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation notice.
• Fewer than 30 days before: no refund.

Race entries are non-transferable and non-refundable once issued by the organiser — this is the organiser's policy, not ours. We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.

Flights are not included in any SportHoliday package — we focus on what we can guarantee: the race entry, the hotel, and on-trip support.
If you book flights independently, check baggage rules and arrival/departure times so they fit our group transfer where one is offered.
Airport transfers are included on selected trips only — each package page states this clearly.
