We travel with amateur athletes, people with active lifestyles, and families with children. We are inspired by the fact that our trips provide everyone with a balance of sport and relaxation, leaving home positive and recharged. There will definitely be time for relaxation.
Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel. In summary:
Full terms: Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 60 days before the trip: deposit is non-refundable; the paid balance is returned in full.
- 30–60 days before: partial refund, after deducting the deposit and any costs already committed to the race organiser, hotel, and other suppliers. We always work to minimise your loss and confirm the exact amount within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation notice.
- Fewer than 30 days before: no refund.
