The 2027 package is still being finalised. Planned inclusions are hotel accommodation near the start with half-board, a shakeout ride, course briefing, mechanic and event-day support, and Venice airport transfers. Race entry, price and final inclusions will be confirmed before any booking offer.
Not yet. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee race entry. We will only make a booking offer after SportHoliday has confirmed its 2027 allocation and seller terms. If entry is confirmed, we will explain the registration and medical-certificate requirements before payment.

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel. In summary:
Full terms: Cancellation & Refund Policy
- More than 60 days before the trip: deposit is non-refundable; the paid balance is returned in full.
- 30–60 days before: partial refund, after deducting the deposit and any costs already committed to the race organiser, hotel, and other suppliers. We always work to minimise your loss and confirm the exact amount within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation notice.
- Fewer than 30 days before: no refund.

Flights are not included. Venice airport transfers are planned for the 2027 package, but final dates, times and inclusions will be confirmed before booking. Wait for the confirmed transfer window before purchasing non-changeable tickets.
