Yes, SportHoliday holds a dedicated allocation of race entries. When you book a package, your slot is locked in.
In the weeks before the event, the race organiser sends you a registration link or access code through us, so you can fill in your own details.

- More than 60 days before the trip: deposit is non-refundable; the paid balance is returned in full.
- 30–60 days before: partial refund, after deducting the deposit and any costs already committed to the race organiser, hotel, and other suppliers. We always work to minimise your loss and confirm the exact amount within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation notice.
- Fewer than 30 days before: no refund.
