BMW BERLIN-MARATHON
Every September, the BMW BERLIN-MARATHON takes runners through the heart of Berlin on one of the flattest and fastest courses in the Abbott World Marathon Majors. The 42.195 km route is known for personal bests, world records and the final stretch through the Brandenburg Gate.

We stay at Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Berlin 4*. It is a well-connected 4-star hotel in Berlin-Lichtenberg, around 25 minutes by public transport from the marathon start and finish area.
Yes. BMW BERLIN-MARATHON race material must be collected personally at the MARATHON EXPO with your Start Card and photo ID. SportHoliday will help with timing and logistics, but the organiser does not allow another person to collect it for you.
Yes, subject to hotel availability. Companion packages do not include race entry. We confirm the exact price and room option before booking.

The offer confirms the package price, Deposit, balance due date, included services, cancellation rules, and any organiser registration steps. Your booking is accepted when you pay the Deposit or full amount, and SportHoliday confirms the booking in writing after cleared funds are received.
Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and on what costs have already been committed to the race organiser, hotel, and other suppliers.
In summary: More than 60 days before the trip: the package-specific deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid is refunded, minus any race-entry or supplier costs already committed and not already included in the deposit. 30–60 days before the trip: partial refund may be available after deducting actual costs already incurred or committed with suppliers, including the race organiser, accommodation, transport, and other non-recoverable costs. We use reasonable efforts to recover costs or resell your place where possible. Fewer than 30 days before the trip or no-show: normally no refund, except for mandatory statutory rights or recoveries we are able to obtain from suppliers or organisers.

You may request a transfer by email if the replacement traveller satisfies the booking conditions. Notice at least 7 days before departure is legally reasonable; we ask for at least 14 days where possible. SportHoliday charges EUR 60 per traveller for administration, not exceeding our actual administrative cost, plus any third-party fees. Race-entry transfer depends on the organiser's specific rules and is not guaranteed.
