Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and on what costs have already been committed to the race organiser, hotel, and other suppliers.
In summary: More than 60 days before the trip: the package-specific deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid is refunded, minus any race-entry or supplier costs already committed and not already included in the deposit. 30–60 days before the trip: partial refund may be available after deducting actual costs already incurred or committed with suppliers, including the race organiser, accommodation, transport, and other non-recoverable costs. We use reasonable efforts to recover costs or resell your place where possible. Fewer than 30 days before the trip or no-show: normally no refund, except for mandatory statutory rights or recoveries we are able to obtain from suppliers or organisers.
Race entries are usually non-refundable once committed or issued by the organiser. Transfer rules depend on the organiser’s policy for the specific event. We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.
