The camp is designed for amateur runners and active guests, not professional athletes. The runner package includes structured sessions, but the final load is adapted to the group level. If you are unsure, send us your recent running background and we will check fit before booking.
Yes. Most sports trips work well for solo travellers because training, meals and transfers create a natural group rhythm. You will be added to the group chat before the trip.
Both, but balanced. The programme includes track work, easy runs, strength and technique, but also hikes, free time, recovery and Chamonix evenings. It is not a military-style boot camp.
That depends on your passport and residence status. Chamonix is in France and the arrival airport is Geneva, Switzerland, so you must check Schengen/Swiss entry rules before booking. We can provide trip documents after your booking is confirmed, but visa responsibility remains with the traveller.
Mountain weather can change quickly. The coach and coordinator may adjust hikes, running locations or timing to keep the programme safe and realistic.
Cancellation terms follow the package-specific booking offer and SportHoliday Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short, the closer the trip is, the more supplier costs may already be committed. We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover.
